Let's get ready to make garments!
This class is the second in our beginner garment-making series, tailored for those eager to start sewing their own clothing and looking to deepen their understanding of fabric selection and preparation. We’ll kick off with an overview of the various types of fabric available and provide expert tips on choosing the right material for your garment project. You’ll also learn how to properly prepare your fabric to ensure a smooth sewing experience. Finally, we’ll guide you through a hands-on exercise, where you’ll practice laying out pattern pieces, cutting, and marking fabric to confidently begin your project.
This class is designed for beginners and new sewists, and is recommended for those who want to learn how to sew garments.

- How to cut fabric using pattern pieces
