"Studio Angel" - Team Member

What you'll be doing: 

Customer Service:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect fabrics and products for their needs.

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.

  • Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, including handling cash, credit, and returns.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our fabric offerings and other products.

  • Stay informed about new arrivals, sales, and promotions.

  • Provide detailed information about fabric types, uses, and care instructions.

Inventory Management:

  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise.

  • Ensure products are accurately priced and labeled.

  • Help with inventory counts and report discrepancies.

Store Maintenance:

  • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.

  • Arrange displays to showcase featured products and promotions.

  • Ensure fitting rooms and other customer areas are tidy and functional.

Sales Support:

  • Assist with setting up and tearing down promotional displays.

  • Participate in sales events and other in-store activities.

  • Help with merchandising tasks, such as restocking shelves and creating product displays.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other store associates and managers to ensure smooth store operations.

  • Communicate effectively with team members about product availability, customer needs, and store policies.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle basic administrative tasks, such as answering phones and managing customer orders.

  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Who you are:

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent education.

  • You bring previous experience in retail or customer service, which is a great advantage.

  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • You have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

  • You have a passion for textiles and a flair for creativity, which sets you apart.
